The training. The discipline. The years of knowing exactly what to do. None of it taught you what to do when the mission ends and you're still standing there. This is the part nobody trains you for. Here's where you learn it.
Reserve Your Seat — Early Bird Ends August 20Endorsed By Leaders In The Field

For years, you didn't have to think twice. You trained for it. You were built for it. You knew your role and you knew it cold. Then one day, the role was gone. The team was gone. The thing that told you who you were and what mattered was gone. And nobody handed you a manual for what comes next.
This isn't a motivation problem. It isn't a willpower problem. It's that no one ever taught you how to think your way through a world that doesn't come with orders.
You do not have to be between missions yourself to belong here. This room is for anyone who has ever had to lead, protect, teach, or hold steady for someone else, and is ready to build that capability on purpose instead of by accident.
This certification does not ask you to become someone new. It strengthens what is already in you and gives it somewhere to go.
The discipline you already have, organized toward a new objective.
Adjusting fast when the ground shifts under you again.
Finding a way when there is no manual and no backup.
Saying what you mean to people who have not lived what you lived.
Choosing well when no one is giving the order.
Building a future that does not depend on someone else handing you the next assignment.
The instincts that kept you alive won't automatically translate to the life you're building now. It is time to intentionally develop the cognitive tools to lead yourself and others forward.
Reserve Your Seat — Early Bird Ends August 20You do not have to know which door you are walking through yet. Some people come to finally make sense of what they have been carrying. Others come to turn that experience into something they can offer the people they serve. Both belong in this room.
This certification walks you through three stages: formation, transformation, and multiplication. You do not just learn the thinking. You live it, then you carry it to the people counting on you.

MEET THE TRAINER
For more than two decades, Theresa McLaughlin has worked alongside parents, students, educators, and families navigating learning challenges, life transitions, and opportunities for growth. Across homeschooling, private education, educational leadership, and reading intervention, she kept seeing the same thing: people often have more potential than they realize, but lack the cognitive tools to fully access it.
That observation led her to specialize in cognitive development through the Feuerstein Instrumental Enrichment methodology. Today, as founder of Wellspring Minds, she helps parents, educators, caregivers, and leaders strengthen the thinking skills that support learning, problem-solving, adaptability, and lifelong growth.
Theresa holds a Master of Arts in Professional Writing, a Bachelor of Arts in English, and certification in Feuerstein Instrumental Enrichment.
MEET THE TRAINER
Dr. Zehr is the Director of Feuerstein Programs of North America, the first American appointed to this role with The Feuerstein Institute in Israel. She spent 35 years in public schools as a teacher and administrator before founding The MINDCAP Center in Fort Wayne, where she led training and clinical services for over 500 children and adults facing cognitive challenges.
She has trained the Feuerstein Method in more than ten countries including the Netherlands, Czech Republic, China, South Korea, and South Africa, and has brought this work to counselors caring for trafficking survivors in Cambodia and Thailand. In 2024, she was inducted into Who's Who in America.

"I did not realize how much I was reacting to life until I learned how to pause and process before responding. It carried over into how I led my team under pressure. I communicated better, felt less on guard all the time, and my relationships improved. For the first time in a long time, I felt motivated and hopeful about moving forward."
Roger D.
"The biggest takeaway for me was realizing that change starts with me. Instead of trying to control everything happening in the classroom, I learned tools that helped me stay grounded and intentional no matter what was going on around me. My students started becoming more independent thinkers, not just receivers of information."
Terri F.
"We began this with expectations of changing one less-than-stellar behavior. My son Benjamin collaborated with Theresa for 12 weeks to do hard things, and his growth during that season was exponentially noticeable. He feels proud of what he accomplished, and as his mom I am extremely proud of him and very thankful to Theresa."
Beth H.
